How do I place my order?
You can place order on our website or on whatsapp or directly calling on our number 9839744666.
Do you have minimum order value?
Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment
Do you have delivery charges?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of INR 250 on all orders.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Yes we charge flat 35 Rs as delivery charges on all orders. In case of bulk order delivery charges would be intimated during delivery.
How can I track my order?
Your orders will be delivered within 90 minutes of placing the order. Prebooked order will be delivered as per the schedule selected by you.
Can the out-of-stock products be ordered?
You can track your order through the link attached to your invoice .Alternatively you can also track your order here.

While placing an order I got an error. What should I do now?
No, we do not allow placing an order for a product that is “Out of Stock”
Do You accept the pre-booking of an order?
We send a confirmatory email for every successful order. If you do not receive the confirmatory email, then you can place a fresh order. Alternatively, you can also Contact Us
Do You accept the bulk order
We accept orders upto 3 days in advance. If you have a special event where you may require items in bulk, reach out to our support team here as we can pre-book future orders for you.

- Cash on delivery is also available for selected pin codes in Uttar Pradesh.
What happens in case of a payment failure?
In case of any payment failures and charges incurred refund will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway. Refund is back to source only and subject to third party vendor’s policy. Payment to other than customer account/third party payment is not permitted under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Login to your account using your email. Under your “My Account Dashboard” visit the “My Wallet” section.Here you will find three tabs
Top Up :To add balance to meatbuzz coins.
Referral: The credit amount you earned as a referral.
Return: The amount which was credited as a return.
While making the payment the Meatbuzz coins gets applied automatically.
Is there any maintenance charge for using Meatbuzz Coins?
No, there are no charges for using for Meatbuzz Coins. However, there are 2% fixed charges for the top-up of Meatbuzz coins.
Can I make a part payment using Meatbuzz Coins?
Yes, you can make a part payment using the Meatbuzz Coins. Meatbuzz Coins automatically gets applied. For the rest payment, you can use other online payment methods
How can I add money to Meatbuzz Coins?
You can add money in the following ways:
Top Up– You can top up your Coins through Net Banking/ Debit/Credit cards.
Referral: The Amount you earn by referring our products gets accrued here.
Return: You can also ask for the return amount to be credited here.

Do you offer refunds?
Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. However, if your order has arrived damaged or defective, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 983974466. The refund will reach you in 15 working days.
My account got debited for the amount but the order is not placed .What should I do?
Well, this could be the case of transaction failure. However, if the order is not placed successfully in our system your amount will be credited back automatically to your account within 7 days.
I received the wrong/damage product.
We apologies for the inconvenience the rare case that this might happen, however you can immediately inform our customer care team and initiate the return process.
I have not yet received my refund for online payment.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business daysTypically, you should get an automatic refund within 7 days.However, in case this doesn’t reflect in your account, please write to us at Support@meatbuzz.com or whatsapp to our team.
Can i cancel the order i placed?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. We request you to please check before placing an order.

I'm unable to apply a coupon code to my order.
Coupon codes are not applicable on discounted products (and exotic meats) unless specified otherwise.
However, if your cart also has products that aren’t on discount and qualify for a promotional offer (say minimum order value of Rs 499), you’ll be able to apply the coupon code.
Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?
Coupons cannot be clubbed together. You can use only one coupon for a single order.
I'm able to apply the coupon code but the discount percentage is not getting applied to my entire cart.
The discount will not apply to the whole cart if your cart has products which are on discount already. The discount will be applicable only on non-discounted products.
Am I entitled to Free Delivery while promotional offers are running?
Delivery charges are extra (unless specified otherwise). Offers mentioned will be at a product level only.
Where can i check my Referal detail?
Login to your account and under My wallet you will find your referral code which you can share with your freinds and family. Your referral coins will relect on the right hand corner.
What is your referral program?
Share your referral code with your friends. When your friend completes their first order, the Referrals will receive a ₹100 discount on their first order using the referral code provided & Referrers will receive credits in Meatbuzz coins once the referral order has been delivered.

Meat that is sold soon after the slaughter is consider as fresh meat.From procurement to delively we ensure to main the temrature between 0⁰-4⁰ Celsius so as to maintain the freshness.
All our raw chicken mutton, sausages, cold cuts, and kababs are always fresh and never frozen.
What do you mean by ‘Whole Fish’?
The Whole Fish is cleaned of scales, gutted, and washed in cold water. The fish is not cut into steaks, or filleted. It’s ready to cook right away.
What do you mean by ‘Steaks’?
A fish steak (also known as fish cutlet) is a cut of fish wherein the cut is made perpendicular to the spine. Depending on the fish it can either be boneless or with bones.

From procurement to delivery, we have a stringent and robust cold chain in place, which holds our products between 1⁰-4⁰ Celsius besides ensuring each and every product is vacuum packed & sealed. This ensures that the meat is always fresh till it reaches you.
What makes Meatbuzz different from local vendors?
When you purchase the meat from the local vendor he charges for the whole meat. he also charges for the wastages but we only charge for the meat you can eat.
